westbrook is a performing arts school in new york.
nothing special, right?
wrong.
this particular performing arts school is for troubled teens.
the idea behind westbrook is to give troubled teens something to get their life up and going again.
does it work?
well most of the time it does.
the students at westbrook aren't all that bad.
well maybe they are.
